Tatjana ÄŒaika currently serves as the Head of Legal at BITE Latvija since September 2017 and also practices as an Attorney at Law since December 2018, specializing in company law, consumer protection law, regulatory law and telecommunications, and competition law. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant to Attorney at Law from May 2013 to November 2018, and as an Associate at SORAINEN and Attorneys at Law BORENIUS, where focus areas included competition law, public procurement law, and corporate law. From June 2007 to April 2011, Tatjana ÄŒaika worked as a senior expert at the Latvian Competition Authority, concentrating on investigations related to competition law violations in the telecommunication and media sectors. Tatjana ÄŒaika earned an LL.M in Civil Law from the University of Latvia between 2002 and 2010.
