Sadiq Razak has over 27 years of experience in the finance industry. Sadiq began their career in 1993 as a Vice President at Bear Stearns & Co. In 1997, they moved to ING Barings as a Director of Emerging Markets Trading, where they founded the ING Dubai MENA product. In 2008, they became Managing Director of Naeem Holding, where they developed MENA research and sales desks covering cash equities and fixed income. In 2009, they were Managing Director of Head of EMEA Trading & Sales-Trading at ING. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Director at East Capital Limited. From 2013 to 2015, they were Managing Director and Co-Head of Equities at WOOD & Company. In 2018, they became a Non-Executive Director at BitcoinPoint.com. In 2020, they became a Non-Executive Director at Tokenise. Sadiq is also Co-Founder and Partner of Razlin Capital, an FCA regulated investment firm based in the UK.

Sadiq Razak completed their MBA at Henley Business School in 2004. In 2018, they obtained a Fintech Programme degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), specializing in Cryptocurrency and Distruption.
