Chris Timpano currently serves as the VP of Customer Support at Bitbuy since June 2021, having previously held the position of Director of Customer Support within the same company. Prior to Bitbuy, Chris was a Manager of Customer Support & Success at Remine from July 2019 to June 2021 and held a similar role at DealTap for a brief period in 2018. From July 2013 to October 2018, Chris managed the Customer Support team at Wave HQ, focusing on operational efficiency, team metrics such as Customer Satisfaction, and talent development. Early career experience includes roles as a Collector and Call Quality Auditor at Gatestone & Co., and as an Assistant Branch Rental Manager and Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
