Prerna Shukla has a diverse range of work experience. Prerna began their career as a Research Intern at FRLHT in 2017, where they focused on isolating Piperine from different pepper species and analyzing purity using chromatography techniques. Prerna then moved on to Biocon as a Research Intern, where they worked in Analytical R&D and handled LC-MS analysis for routine samples, contributing to peptide method development and content mapping.

In 2018, Prerna joined Tulot Tech Labs as a Social Media Intern. Their responsibilities included generating leads, nurturing these leads through drip email marketing campaigns, and creating a database of online sellers. Prerna also had the opportunity to give initial demos of the company's system.

Prerna then transitioned to Buyhatke in 2019 as a Social Media Executive. Prerna played a key role in creating core content and planning the social media calendar for the company's cricket-based product, Cricket Swag. Prerna executed and promoted a launch campaign for Cricket Swag, utilizing influencer marketing and analyzing campaign outcomes.

Currently, Prerna is a Social Media Manager at Bitbns, where they are responsible for creating core content, planning the social media calendar, and scheduling daily content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Prerna also generates and analyzes monthly reports for social media platforms.

Prerna Shukla completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Chemistry from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. Prerna attended this institution from 2016 to 2018. Prior to their Master's degree, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry from Ranchi University. Prerna studied at Ranchi University from 2013 to 2016. In their earlier academic years, Prerna attended Delhi Public School, Ranchi from 2010 to 2012 for their 12th grade education. During this time, they specialized in subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Engineering Graphics, and English.

In addition to their formal education, Prerna Shukla obtained a certification in "The Complete Digital Marketing Course - 12 Courses in 1" from Udemy. Prerna obtained this certification in May 2020.
