Dane Ing began their career in 2003 as a Division Leader - Business Marketing & Entrepreneurship and Executive Coach - Business Marketing & Ecommerce for the Private Mentoring Group. In 2005, they joined Prosper, where they held the roles of VP of Business Development, EVP of Operations, EVP of Education Services & Fulfillment, Director of Education & Coaching, and Education Development Manager & Sr. Division Leader - Coaching. In 2013, Dane became Co-Founder & COO of Bit Link Solutions LLC, a minority-owned small business providing consulting, data conversion/migration, optical character recognition, custom interface development and technical services focused on the public safety and case management software industries.

Dane Ing completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the University of Utah in 2003. From 1998 to 2002, they attended Brigham Young University, where they earned a BS in Business Finance & Communications. Prior to that, they attended Kamehameha Schools.
