Prachi Bhagwatwar has a diverse work experience in the field of research and development. Prachi is currently working as a Research Assistant at bit.bio since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Assistant at The Babraham Institute from November 2021 to November 2022.
Prachi also gained valuable experience during their time at Karolinska Institutet. Prachi worked as a Master Thesis Student from January 2021 to August 2021 and as a Research Intern from May 2020 to January 2021.
Before their time at Karolinska Institutet, they worked as a Research Intern at the institute from November 2019 to February 2020.
Prachi's career started as an Undergraduate Researcher at Vellore Institute of Technology, where they worked at the Centre for Biomaterials, Cellular and Molecular Theranostics (CBCMT) from December 2018 to April 2019, gaining experience in cell culture of mammalian cells and mesenchymal stem cells.
Additionally, they have also had experiences in non-research roles. Prachi served as the Public Relations Head and an Artist at The Fine Arts Club VIT from May 2018 to December 2018 and as the Documentation Head from May 2017 to May 2018.
Prachi has also interned at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where they worked in the Biologics Division. Prachi interned as a Project Intern in the Cell Culture Process Development team from May 2018 to June 2018 and in the Bioanalytics team from December 2016 to December 2016.
Prachi Bhagwatwar completed their Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology at VIT_Vellore Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Sreenidhi International School from 2013 to 2015 where they obtained their ISC degree in Science. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Biomedicine at Karolinska Institutet, starting in 2019 and expected to graduate in 2021.
