Karen Stauffer is a seasoned payroll and human resources professional with extensive experience in payroll management and HR functions. Currently serving as Senior Payroll Manager at Bish's RV, Inc. since September 2020, Karen has previously held the title of Payroll & HR Manager at Boondocks Food & Fun and Human Resources Manager at Children's Therapy Place. Additional experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Idaho Housing and Finance Association, Lead Payroll Specialist at St. Luke's Health System, and Payroll and Benefits Specialist at Kuna Joint School District #3. Karen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Boise State University and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the College of Western Idaho.
