Colleen Hollestelle, MA, LNHA, serves as a Healthcare Administrator at Saint Luke's Bishop Spencer Place since May 2021, while also holding the position of Chief Executive Officer at AgingEmpowered, an organization dedicated to Aging Life Planning, Geriatric Care Management, and Aging Services Consulting since May 2019. Colleen has extensive experience in gerontology, serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Missouri from 2014 to May 2021, as well as Executive Director at The Bluffs from June 2012 to June 2019, where strategic leadership resulted in enhanced revenue and quality measures. Previous roles include Director of Admissions and Care Coordination at a major skilled nursing facility and positions at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Colleen also has a background in memory care and associative training from Americare Senior Living. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California, Colleen holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in Human-Environmental Science and Human Development—Gerontology, respectively.
