Teguh Santoso is a Senior Project Metallurgist at Bisha Mining Share Company since 2013, achieving the successful production of saleable copper concentrate and overseeing the commissioning of a new copper plant without any lost time accidents. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Metallurgist and Acting Chief Metallurgist at PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara from 1999 to 2013, and as a Metallurgist at Freeport Mac MoRan from 1994 to 1999, where significant process improvements were implemented. Earlier positions included Selection and Training Supervisor at PT Surabaya Agung Pulp and Paper and Physical Chemistry Laboratory Supervisor at Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology. Teguh holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Noponder Surabaya, obtained in 1992.
