Robert Janosick is an experienced general manager with a demonstrated history of success in retail management, currently serving as the General Manager at Biscuits & Bath since July 2022. Prior experience includes holding the same position at Petco from April 2015 to July 2022, where Robert Janosick led sales initiatives, developed teams, and remodeled store layouts across multiple districts to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency. Prior to Petco, Robert Janosick founded and operated Glen Cove Home Brew from May 2013 to May 2015, where Robert managed all aspects of the business, ensuring compliance with regulations and engaging with the local community. Robert Janosick began a career at Petco in various roles, including Assistant Store Manager and Inventory and Pricing Manager, after graduating from Buffalo State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Teacher Education.
