Thijs van der Heijden currently serves as Plant Manager at Biscuit International since October 2023, having previously held the position of Plant Director at Mars from August 2021 to February 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at Scandinavian Tobacco Group from September 2012 to August 2021, where Thijs was Operations Manager for MRC Europe and LEAN Manager for Machine Made Cigars, overseeing multiple manufacturing sites in the Netherlands and Belgium. A solid foundation in supply chain management was established through an international graduate traineeship, which included diverse roles in both supply chain and marketing. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Management from IVA Driebergen and an MBO 4 in International Trade & Wholesale from De Rooi Pannen.
