Kristin Brown has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 at Aerotek as a Technical Recruiter and later transitioning to an Account Manager role. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Bridgestone before becoming a Licensed Realtor at Your Nashville Agent, LLC. Kristin then joined RE/MAX as a Licensed Realtor from 2017 to 2021. In 2021, Kristin joined Bisnow as a Senior Corporate Recruiter, and in 2022, they moved to Biscred, a Bisnow company, as an Associate Director of Recruiting. Additionally, they also worked at SelectLeaders as an Associate Director of Recruiting, starting in 2021.

Kristin Brown attended Illinois State University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Their field of study included Political Science and Philosophy.
