Kelsey Heckman is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager for the Southeast Region at bisco industries since June 2019. In this role, Kelsey effectively communicates and collaborates with Hiring Managers to fulfill both full-time and temporary staffing needs while developing strategic approaches to attract top industry talent. Prior experience includes serving as a Sales Associate at Lighting First from July 2015 to June 2019, where Kelsey contributed to an appealing atmosphere and excellent service, and at Coach from October 2012 to January 2015, where Kelsey focused on achieving monthly sales goals and enhancing return on investment through follow-ups and appointments.
