Norman Hersi has extensive experience in the painting and blasting industry, with a career spanning over three decades. Since January 2012, Norman has worked at BIS Salamis, Inc. as a blaster, painter, and UHP water jetting specialist, also holding a rope access level 1 certification. Prior experience includes a role as a painter and blaster for Teeside Industrial Solutions in 2014, focusing on wind farm projects, and a position as a painter at Cape plc from 2012 to May 2014. Additionally, Norman contributed to RBG Limited from 1990 to 2011 as a blaster and painter.
