Eman leads new sales acquisitions, including identifying potential new clients, responding to RFP opportunities and negotiating contracts through close. In her current position, she collaborates with the Client Services team new non-profit clients to help ensure project success. In addition, she helps manage agency relationships and regularly represents CharityEngine at trade shows, conferences and other events.
Eman has over ten years of experience in the non-profit field, and has led new business and fundraising efforts from individual and private donors, as well as federal agencies. Prior to joining CharityEngine, she held development positions at the International Rescue Committee’s (IRC) direct services programs at their New York Regional Office, where she was responsible for all private, public and in-kind fundraising activities, as well as providing regular program reports and budget updates to donors. She holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an M.P.P. from the Georgetown Public Policy Institute.
