Latreece T. currently serves as the People and Culture Director at Birth Detroit since March 2023. Prior experience includes multiple leadership roles at Planned Parenthood of Michigan from August 2018 to March 2023, including Director of Human Resources, Director of Safety, Security, and Facilities, and Senior Manager for Safety, Security, and Facilities. Latreece also worked at the University of Michigan as a Human Resources Generalist Intermediate and Title IX Investigator from July 2016 to August 2018. Prior to that, from 1996 to June 2016, Latreece held various positions at Michigan Medicine, including Loss Prevention Unit Supervisor and Security Investigator. Latreece holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Human Resources, both from Eastern Michigan University.
