Neal Gordon has over a decade of experience in the fastener industry, currently serving as Branch Manager at Birmingham Fastener, Inc. since August 2010, where responsibilities have included roles as both Inside Sales Representative and Outside Sales Representative. From December 2018 to December 2020, Neal held leadership positions as Chairman of the Board and President of the Board of Directors for the Southwestern Fastener Association. Additionally, Neal served as an Assistant Coach for North TX Crew Baseball Inc. from January 2008 to March 2010. Neal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas, and an Associate of Science in Chemistry from Dallas College.
