Grace Lee has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2004 when they worked as a Freelance Senior Writer, Senior Reporter, and Editorial Assistant for In Style and Billboard Magazine. Grace then moved on to kate spade new york in 2011 as a Copywriter. In 2013, they worked as a Copywriter & Social Media Manager for Stila Cosmetics, and in 2014 they were a Social Media Manager for Kate Somerville Skincare, LLC. Finally, in 2017, they founded and became the CEO of Birdy Grey.

Grace Lee attended the University of Washington, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications and Political Science.
