Geraldine Lafontaine has held a variety of roles in the financial industry, beginning with their role as VP, Quantitative Investment Strategies at Credit Suisse in 2013. From there, they moved to Goldman Sachs in 2010, where they held the roles of Commodities and Emerging Markets. In 2016, they joined Palantir Technologies as Business Development and Strategy - Europe, and most recently, in 2022, they became Chief of Staff at Birdie.
Geraldine Lafontaine has a diverse educational background. Geraldine began their studies in 2005, completing a PCSI-PC* at Lycee Henri IV in 2007. Geraldine then went on to pursue an MS in Engineering at CentraleSupélec, which they completed in 2010. In 2009, they also started an MS in Mathematics of Finance at Columbia University, which they completed in 2010.
