Saurav Ray has a diverse work experience, starting as a Marketing Research Intern at Insync in October 2017. Saurav then worked as a Marketing Executive at EASTERN DEVCON LIMITED from July 2018 to July 2019. Following that, they served as a Sales and Marketing Intern at ITC Limited for two months from June 2020 to August 2020. Saurav then joined Crownstack as a Research Analyst in August 2021 and worked there until March 2023. Currently, they are working as an Analyst - RevOps at Birdeye since April 2023.

Saurav Ray has a diverse education history. Saurav began their formal education at Siliguri Boys High School, where they studied commerce and general studies from 2006 to 2015. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Inspiria Knowledge Campus, attending from 2015 to 2018.

In 2019, Saurav Ray enrolled at KiiT University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Analytics. Saurav completed their MBA in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Saurav Ray has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Saurav earned a certificate in Digital Marketing from Udemy in 2021. In 2022, they obtained certifications in Querying Data with SQL (MYSQL, PostgreSQL) from Udemy, Ask Questions to Make Data-Driven Decisions from Google, and Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate from Google. Saurav further expanded their expertise by completing courses such as Microsoft Power BI - A Complete Introduction from Udemy in 2022 and Build Dashboards in Power BI from Coursera in 2023.

Saurav Ray also holds a certificate in Soft Skills for Business Negotiations and Marketing Strategies, which they acquired from NPTEL in 2018. Additionally, they have a certificate in Art, obtained from Nikhil Banga in 2010.
