Babette Griffis has had a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Babette started their career at Golden Ventures, Inc. in 2000, where they served as a Member of the Board of Directors until 2003. From 1994 to 2004, they worked at Affordable Communications as General Manager, overseeing sales, distribution, and installation of telephone systems and cellular phone sales.
In 1994, Babette also established their own company called Customer Feedback, where they served as the Owner until 2011.
Following that, they joined Mpact Magic, Inc. in 2011 as the Vice President of Operations. During their tenure, Mpact Magic developed innovative Reputation Management tools and provided support to business owners in their marketing initiatives.
Lastly, since 2014, Babette has been working at Birdeye, initially as the Director of Customer Care and currently as a Corporate Product Trainer. Birdeye is a reputable authority in Reputation Management and Babette's role involves training corporate clients on their products.
Babette Griffis attended Pepperdine University from 1973 to 1977, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business and Foreign Languages. Following that, from 1979 to 1980, they attended the American Graduate School of International Management, where they obtained a Master's in International Management (MIM) degree with a focus on International Business and Marketing.
