Christopher Hitchcock is a Consulting Engineer and Sole Proprietor at Hitchcock Tensility Enterprise, specializing in the design and engineering of Tension Membrane Structures since April 2018. With extensive experience as a Senior Sales Engineer at Birdair, INC, since July 1991, Christopher has focused on structural design and analysis of membrane and cable structures for various large-scale projects. Previously, Christopher served as Vice President of Engineering and Business Development at Tensile Structure Systems, and held senior engineering positions at Fabritec Structures, Taiyo Birdair Corporation, and Bell Aerospace Textron, where responsibilities included leading design development for satellite communication systems. Christopher's educational background includes a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University at Buffalo, an MBA in International Business from Canisius College, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
