Victor Cuenca Canal has over 11 years of experience in software engineering and management, with expertise in artificial intelligence and cloud contact center software. Victor has worked at various companies, including MessageBird, where they will serve as the Director of Engineering starting in 2022. Victor was the Founder of Neovics, where they focused on R&D projects and technology, including automatic price labeling services and voice recognition security apps. At Twilio, they held various management roles, including Head of Reliability & Quality Engineering Platform, Sr. Engineering Manager for Twilio Flex Core Services, and Engineering Manager for taskrouter. Victor also worked as an Engineering Manager and Technical Lead at Five9, where they managed teams designing and developing the new generation of call centers powered by AI. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Lead and Principal at Hyfiniti, which was later acquired by Five9. Victor started their career as a Software Engineer at BABEL Sistemas de Información.

Victor Cuenca Canal received a degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca. In 2016, they took a course in Software Security at the University of Maryland. Victor also obtained a certification in Software Security from Coursera Course Certificates in November 2016.
