Sandra MacDougall, P.Eng. currently serves as the Director of Operations at Bird Construction in Southern Alberta and Interior BC. Previously, Sandra held various roles at Graham, including Senior Project Manager. Sandra graduated with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, with a major in Structural Design and a thesis in Project Management from the University of Belgrade, Serbia.
