Aloke Rajbhandary started their work experience in 2007 as a Project Coordinator at Stuart Olson Dominion Construction Ltd. Aloke then became a Project Manager at the same company in February 2011. In March 2013, they joined Bird Construction as a Project Manager and later became a Senior Project Manager in November 2017. The end dates for both roles at Bird Construction are not provided.

Aloke Rajbhandary pursued their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Silchar, during the period from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they went on to complete their Master's degree in Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2005.
