Jody Ledoux

Sr. Construction Project Manager at Birchstone Residential

Jody Ledoux has a diverse and extensive work history in the construction industry. Beginning in 2003, Jody worked as a Project Superintendent for Westbrrok Housing. From 2005 to 2007, Jody served as a Lead Project Superintendent for The Douglas Company. In 2007, Jody joined AvalonBay Communities as a Lead Project Superintendent until 2009. Jody then worked as a Construction Manager for First Hartford Corporation from January 2010 to June 2010, and later as a Construction Manager for The Sterling Group from September 2010 to February 2012. Jody also held the position of Director of State Assets at the Maine State Planning Office from February 2012 to July 2012, where they provided construction expertise for facility planning. From September 2012 to May 2015, Jody worked as a Project Manager for Weston Associates Management Company, overseeing large property capital improvements and renovations. Jody then joined The Collage Companies from May 2015 to February 2018 as a Project Manager and Superintendent. In this role, Jody managed various construction projects, including the completion of a renovation for the Sanford Airport. Jody's most recent position is with Weinstein Properties, where they have been working as a Project Manager since February 2018. In this role, Jody managed budgets, schedules, contract negotiations, and supervised construction work for multiple concurrent projects. Jody was also part of the property acquisition team responsible for over $300 million in new property acquisitions. Currently, Jody holds the title of Sr. Construction Project Manager at Birchstone Residential since February 2022.
