Elson joined Birch Hill in 2022. He previously worked at Deloitte as a Data Engineer. Prior to that, he worked in various analytics roles for Scotiabank, the BC Ministry of Finance, and Neo Financial.

Elson received his Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the UBC Sauder School of Business and is a certified AWS Solutions Architect.
