Frederic Pierard has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, having worked at the Belgian Institute for Post and Telecommunications Services (BIPT) since April 1996, where Frederic holds the position of Coordinateur Pool Contr么les. Additionally, Frederic serves as the Pr茅sident du Conseil d'Administration at the Centre de Contr么le des Radiocommunications de Services Mobiles (CCRM) since May 2015. Frederic graduated with a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Li猫ge, completing studies from 1988 to 1996.
