Ritika Gupta is a seasoned biotechnology executive with extensive experience in biomanufacturing and project management. As the CEO and Founder of BioXceed Innovation Hub since January 2018, Ritika has utilized expertise in GMP-compliant biomanufacturing to establish a biomanufacturing accelerator startup, focusing on market research and engineering principles to develop a sustainable business model. Concurrently, Ritika serves as CEO/Founder of Your Cell Lab and a member of Chief. Previously, in leadership roles at Audentes Therapeutics and BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., Ritika led significant projects, including the construction of a thousand-liter gene therapy biomanufacturing facility and successful technology transfer for therapeutic protein commercialization. Ritika's career began with key positions at Bayer HealthCare, Merck, and APV Invensys Process Systems, culminating in advanced degrees in Chemical Engineering and Paper Science and Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree from the University at Buffalo.
