Mrinali Sharma is a skilled fashion designer with extensive experience in product and design, currently working at BIOWORLD MERCHANDISING since February 2020. Responsibilities at BIOWORLD include creating design line presentation boards, managing technical designs from concept to factory, and designing seasonal products with a focus on style, fit, and fabric. Prior to this, Mrinali served as Assistant Manager of Design for Kidswear at ICONIC FASHION RETAIL PVT LTD from July 2016 to September 2019, where tasks included managing the entire product design process and launching a new ready-for-wear line. Earlier experience as Senior Executive Designer for Women’s wear at MA'AM ARTS involved working with notable trade brands and controlling seasonal trends. Mrinali earned a Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology in 2014.
