Before that, they served as the National Sales Manager / Senior Account Executive at The Apparel Group, managing various business accounts and handling sales and gross margin evaluations. Paul also has experience as the Vice President of Sales at TJ Sportswear, managing private label sportswear and luggage businesses. Additionally, they have worked at JCPenney in multiple roles such as Senior Buyer, Sales Support/Personnel Manager, and Senior Merchandise Manager, where they planned and executed store-specific assortments and managed store personnel teams.
Paul Stephens earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Paul pursued their undergraduate education from 1986 to 1990.
