Heather Raschke, CPA, currently serves as the VP of Finance and HR at BioVigil, where responsibilities include managing day-to-day financial operations, contracts management, strategic planning, human resources, and office administration since May 2022. Prior to this role, Heather held multiple positions at Associated Retinal Consultants, P.C. from August 2013 to May 2022, including Controller, Director of Operations Financial Analysis, and Co-Executive Director, focusing on the development and analysis of financial information to enhance revenue and cost efficiency. Heather's earlier career includes a principal role at UHY (formerly Follmer Rudzewicz) from 1991 to August 2013, where specialization in closely-held businesses and leadership of the Nonprofit Industry Group was notable. Heather holds a Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University.
