Salman Akhtar is a highly experienced Quality Engineering Manager currently at BIOTRONIK/Micro Systems Engineering, Inc., where management of Internal Quality Engineering and Supplier Quality Engineering teams is a key responsibility. With a strong background in manufacturing and quality engineering, Salman has successfully transformed teams to drive performance and significantly reduce defects. Previously, Salman held positions at Boston Scientific, Endicott Interconnect Technologies, GE Healthcare, Zebra Technologies, Glenayre Technologies, and Harris Corporation, gaining expertise in areas such as risk management, electronic component sourcing, and process engineering. Salman holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science & Technology.
