Dennis Hallissey

Dennis Hallissey has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Dennis began their career at Nestle Corporation as a Territory Sales Representative and later became a District Manager, where they trained sales representatives and managed vending and distributor accounts. Dennis then joined Novartis as a Territory Sales Representative and later became a Hospital Specialist, promoting products for various therapeutic areas. Dennis was eventually promoted to Regional Sales Manager at Novartis.

After leaving Novartis, Dennis joined Immunology-Oncology as a Territory Sales Representative, promoting products in the organ transplant, nephrology, and oncology fields. Dennis later became an Immunology Oncology Specialist at Novartis, working closely with healthcare professionals to market specific products.

Dennis then joined Biogen Idec, Inc. as a Business Manager, responsible for successfully launching and growing sales for Rituxan in the Illinois Oncology market. Dennis later became an Area Business Manager and then a Regional Sales Director, achieving consistent sales and market share growth for Rituxan and Zevalin.

Dennis currently holds the position of Director of National Accounts & Strategic Alliances at bioTheranostics, Inc., where they lead and manages a team of Regional Account Managers. Dennis is responsible for executing sales strategies for various molecular tests and preparing the market for a new product.

Dennis Hallissey obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management and Marketing from Western Illinois University, where they studied between the years 1980 and 1983. Later on, they pursued further education at the University of Illinois Chicago, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree in Marketing and Finance from 1992 to 1995.
