Syrus Nemat-Nasser is a seasoned data scientist and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Principal Data Scientist at Philips since September 2021, Syrus also co-founded Article Innovations, LLC, where Syrus has been a Board Member since September 2017. Previous roles include serving as Advisor at GIGZILLA, Principal at Flipside Analytics, LLC, and Director of Data Science at ID Analytics. Earlier in the career, Syrus functioned as an Independent Contractor at Zintera Corp and held positions as Principal Scientist and Director of Research at Lytx Inc., and as a lecturer and postdoctoral researcher at the University of California, San Diego. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Physics from Stanford University and a Ph.D. in Physics from UC San Diego, along with experience as Lead Scientist at FICO®.
