Ben Paz currently serves as the Operational Technology Group Manager and Control & Automation Team Leader at Bio-Technology General (a Ferring Company) since October 2013, overseeing process automation projects, control systems upgrades, and production floor support, while ensuring computer systems validation and data integrity. Prior experience includes roles as Control & Automation Senior Engineer at Bio-Technology General, focusing on batch control and process automation, and as Control & Automation Engineer at Unitronics, where development of automated parking systems and motion control systems was key. Earlier in career, Ben Paz held leadership positions as Team Leader and Project Manager at Siemens Energy, managing R&D projects in solar thermal energy, as well as working as an Integrator at Nova Measuring Instruments, specializing in multi-disciplinary optical measurement systems. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ariel University Center and a degree as an Electronic Practical Engineer from ORT Jerusalem College.
