Steve Howes is a seasoned professional in the field of bioinformatics with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent pharmaceutical companies. Currently serving as Principal and Senior Managing Director at BioTeam, Inc. since March 2022, Steve has held various senior director positions at Pfizer from January 2010 to June 2021, focusing on research and early clinical development business technology. Prior to Pfizer, Steve worked at Wyeth, where roles included Senior Director of Bioinformatics and NextGen Discovery IT Project Lead. Steve began their career at Genetics Institute and Pfizer, accumulating significant expertise in bioinformatics and research. Steve holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Tufts University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular & Cellular Biology from the University of Connecticut.
