Sophia Carta Kowarick has extensive experience in marketing and brand management, currently serving as Gerente de Criação e Produção at Grupo Boticário since March 2024, focusing on campaign creation and execution for the Eudora brand. Prior to this, Sophia held several key roles at Amyris from 2018 to 2023, including Gerente de Marketing América Latina, where strategic marketing and PR for Rose Inc and Costa Brazil were managed, and Coordinator of Marketing for Biossance, leading the brand's positioning in the Brazilian clean beauty market. Additional experience includes marketing and PR roles at Benefit Cosmetics, Carta Editorial, and Moët Hennessy do Brasil, where brand strategy, budget management, and marketing event execution were emphasized. Sophia obtained a degree in Publicidade from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado between 2010 and 2013.
