Aline Fatima has extensive experience in sales and training within the beauty and retail sectors. At Amyris from January 2019 to August 2023, Aline held roles as Sell Out and Specialist and Trainer, focusing on team management, strategic sales planning, customer service, and the execution of training initiatives for partners such as Sephora and Drogaria Iguatemi. Prior to that, Aline worked at La Bella Liss from January 2016 to September 2018 as an Assistant Manager, where responsibilities included team development, partner relationships, sales incentive creation, and organizational planning. Aline holds a degree in Event Technology from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM, completed in 2022.
