Les Kreis has had a diverse work experience. Les started their career at HBK Capital Management in 1993, where they worked as a Portfolio Manager and Trader until 2005. In 2008, they joined Steelhead Capital Management as a Principal. Les then became a Member of Cowtown Angels in 2012. Finally, Les Kreis became the Co-Managing Partner at Bios Partners in 2015.

Les Kreis received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University between 1990 and 1994.
