Lori Hauge has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare and support services industry. Lori started their career in 1999 at Bios Companies, where they held various roles including Chief Culture Officer and VP/Chief Culture Officer. In their role, they provided in-home and job supports to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Seniors. Lori played a key role in developing a person-centered approach to support, ensuring that the needs and preferences of individuals were honored.
In 2004, Lori joined Bios of Tennessee, LLC and Bios Corporation as an Executive Consultant. Here, they provided strategic support and training to organizations offering Medicaid waiver and private duty, in-home supports to individuals with disabilities and Seniors. Lori helped these organizations adopt a person-centered approach in their services.
From 2009 to 2022, Lori served as a Certified Mentor Trainer, Board Member, and Board President at the International Learning Community for Person Centered Practices. Lori provided training on Person Centered Thinking to various individuals and organizations, sharing their own experiences and expertise in supporting people in person-centered environments.
Additionally, Lori has been actively involved in various boards and organizations. Lori served as a Board Member for LIFE Senior Services, contributed as President at Oklahoma Homecare Association of America, and held positions in Christ Church Tulsa, Degrees of Geriatrics, Homecare Association of America Oklahoma Chapter, and Oklahoma Chapter NPDA.
In 2008, they became the President of BiosHealth, formerly known as A Better Life Homecare, specializing in providing services to Seniors to enable them to live a fulfilling and safe life.

Lori Hauge completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology from Texas Christian University in 1987. Lori further pursued their education at the University of Iowa, where they earned a Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology in 1989. In 2018, Lori obtained a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification from the Everyone Yoga School, focusing on Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Therapy. Lori also holds additional certifications, including RYT - 200 from Yoga Alliance, Person Centered Thinking Mentor Trainer from the Learning Community for Person Centered Practices, CCC-SLP from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, Home Health Administrator from the Oklahoma State Department of Health, Gentle Teaching Trainer and Mentor from the Center for Positive Living Supports, and Person Centered Thinking Trainer from the Learning Community for Person Centered Practices.
