Shalu Vagadia, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the pharmaceutical industry. Starting in 2003, Shalu began as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical. In 2004, Shalu transitioned to Accredo/Medco as a Specialty Accounts Manager, where they focused on selling and managing products for a variety of disease states and call points. Shalu's role at Accredo/Medco lasted for a decade until 2014 when they joined Walgreens Specialty Infusion as a Regional Sales Manager. In 2017, Shalu moved to Diplomat, assuming the role of Senior Account Manager. Currently, Shalu holds the position of Senior Director of Business Development at BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy since April 2021 and will be promoted to Associate Vice President of Sales in February 2023.

Shalu Vagadia, MBA, attended Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2009 to 2011, where they earned their MBA degree in Business. Prior to that, they attended the University of California, Riverside from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Business Economics.
