In 1998, they moved to Bayada Nurses as an Administrative Coordinator in the Managed Care Office. In 2000, they became an Account Coordinator for Success Advertising in Livingston, NJ. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as a Staffing/Administrative Assistant for Update Legal in Philadelphia. From 2005 to 2007, they were a Service Coordinator for Kforce in Parsippany, NJ. In 2006, they were a Temporary Human Resources/Recruitment Assistant for First Future Credit Union (now California Coast Credit Union). From 2008 to 2016, they were a Recruitment and Payroll Services Specialist for BioPhase Solutions in San Diego. In 2017, they returned to BioPhase Solutions as a Researcher/Recruiter (remote).
Meredith McClanahan received their Certificate in Human Resources from Rice University in 2019. Prior to that, they earned their BS in Sociology from the University of Scranton between 1993 and 1997.
