Julia Rebeka Pártos has worked in a variety of roles in the food industry since 2014. Her work experience includes Head Pastry Chef/Manager at Farmacy from 2016 to 2017, Head Chef-General Manager at Brewed and Pressed from 2017 to 2018, Exec Kitchen Manager/Training Manager at by CHLOE from 2018 to 2018, Executive Head Chef/Consulting at Cloud Twelve | Notting Hill Club from 2018 to 2018, Lead Product Developer/Executive Chef at PB&Co from 2018 to 2019, Lead Product Developer at Jack & Bry from 2019 to 2021, and Lead Food Scientist/New Product Development & Innovation at Neat Burger from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are a Lead Food Scientist at Melt&Marble.

Julia Rebeka Pártos is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Food Science from London Metropolitan University, which they started in 2020 and is expected to finish in 2022.
