Tracy Brousard has extensive experience in sales operations and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as Manager of Sales Operations at BionPharma, Inc. since August 2018, Tracy has previously held roles including Senior Customer Operations Specialist and Customer Operations Specialist, contributing to the company’s mission of providing affordable quality generics. Prior to BionPharma, Tracy worked at Tecan as Operations Manager for Order Entry, enhancing laboratory solutions in the biopharmaceutical field. Experience also includes positions at Chatsworth Products, Eastern Building Components, Alpine Structures Inc., Minarik Automation & Control, and multiple customer service roles in the airline industry, showcasing a solid foundation in customer service and operations management. Tracy's educational background includes studies at Craven Community College and Havelock High School in North Carolina.
