José Manuel Narciso has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. José Manuel started their career at Andersen Consulting, where they worked as a Consultant specializing in the Government and Services division. During this time, they worked on various assignments for public administrations, including developing part of the accounting systems for GALP, Madrid Town Hall, and Valencia Town Hall.

Narciso then moved on to Bancaja, a Spanish savings bank, where they held multiple roles over a period of 19 years. José Manuel initially worked as an IT Analyst, followed by roles as Operations Analyst, CRM Manager, and eventually, Director of Commercial Planning. In these positions, Narciso played a pivotal role in developing customer relationship management (CRM) and business intelligence (BI) capabilities for the bank. José Manuel implemented predictive models, executed direct marketing campaigns, and measured business objectives for the bank's specialized Personal Banking network.

In 2006 and 2008, Narciso worked as a Professor at Universitat Jaume I and Universitat de Valencia, respectively. In these roles, they imparted knowledge and shared their expertise with students.

In 2011, Narciso joined Bankia, the third largest Spanish bank by total assets, as the Director of the Business Intelligence Area. Here, they focused on developing the bank's capacities in various areas, such as CRM, predictive modeling, front CRM tools for branch employees, implementing a new customer service model, and improving branch network profitability. José Manuel later transitioned into the role of CRM Director, where they built advanced analytics to support business decisions, collaborated with marketing teams, led a team of CRM Analysts, and developed tools and infrastructure for campaign and marketing effectiveness management.

Since 2013, Narciso has been the CEO & Founder of Bionline, a company that applies Artificial Intelligence to businesses, helping them achieve significant improvements in commercial results, service quality, and cost savings. Bionline caters to companies that aim to provide personalized customer experiences and improve operational efficiency.

Throughout their extensive career, Narciso has demonstrated expertise in CRM, BI, predictive modeling, marketing analytics, and business strategy. Their work experience showcases their leadership skills, ability to build strong teams, and commitment to enhancing business performance through data-driven insights.

José Manuel Narciso attended the University of Valencia from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a degree in Mathematics. The degree they obtained was a Licenciado en Ciencias Matemáticas.
