Jill Kahkoska has worked in a variety of roles since 1982. Jill began their career at HP as a Technical Account Manager, then moved to Digital Equipment Corporation (USA) as a Customer Support Professional in 1986. Jill continued their career at Quantum as a Customer Support Program Manager in 1996 before joining WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone as VP Customer Care Support and Operations in 2006. In 2015, they joined Innately as COO and VP Customer Success. In 2018, they founded and became COO of Bionic Metrics. Most recently, they have been working as an Independent Consultant for Sand Cherry since 2020.
Jill Kahkoska attended Duke University from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a BSEE. Jill then attended the Wisconsin School of Business from 1985 to 1986, where they earned an MBA in Finance. Jill also attended the Leadership Ascent for Women.
