Yotam Haas has a strong background in mechanical engineering and has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career.

Yotam started their career in 2004 as a Combat Engineering Officer in the Israel Defense Forces. After leaving the military in 2009, Yotam went on to pursue their education and joined Rafael Advanced Defense Systems in 2012 as a Mechanical Engineering Student. During their time there, they took on several roles, including serving as a Mechanical Engineer and a CAD Specialist. Yotam played a significant role in leading the design of a servo system, overseeing an outsourced development, and managing various tests and design reviews.

In 2017, Yotam joined the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology as a Teaching Assistant, where they assisted in teaching mechanical engineering courses until 2020.

In 2019, Yotam joined Philips as a Mechanical Engineer, contributing to the company's projects until 2021 before moving on to Spatial Genomics, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer. Yotam worked there until 2023, gaining valuable experience in the field.

Currently, Yotam Haas holds the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Bionaut Labs, starting in March 2023.

Yotam Haas earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2014.
