Jack Weissberg has extensive work experience in various roles and companies within the biomedical engineering and technology industry. Starting in 1989, they worked at Xerox Corporation as a Sr. Electrical Engineer until 1997. Following this, they joined Paracel, Inc. as a Director of Hardware Engineering, where they worked until 2002. In 2002, they moved to Evolution Robotics, serving as Director of Embedded Systems until 2005. During this time, they also worked as a Consultant at Meshtel in 2005. From 2005 to 2012, Jack worked at the Alfred E. Mann Institute for Biomedical Engineering as a Program Manager. In 2012, they joined Medtronic and held various roles, including Sr. Manager of Systems Engineering from 2012 to 2015, Director of Design Quality Assurance from 2015 to 2017, and Senior Director of Design Quality Assurance from 2017 to 2022. Currently, they are employed at Bionaut Labs as the Senior Director of Operations and Quality since 2022.
Jack Weissberg holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from UC San Diego, which they earned between 1984 and 1989. Jack then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Southern California from 1992 to 1995. Later, from 2008 to 2010, Jack attended the USC Marshall School of Business to complete an MBA, specifically in the Executive MBA Program.
