Erick Arce is a Sr Project Engineer at Biomerics since January 2023, with prior experience as a Senior Assembly Process Engineer at Intel Corporation and a Production Support Engineer at Coloplast, where responsibilities included planning maintenance of production machines and troubleshooting failures. At Baxter International Inc., Erick served as a Sterilization and Maintenance Supervisor, focusing on equipment maintenance programs, compliance procedures, and process performance improvement. An Engineering Intern at Abbott, Erick contributed to a project aimed at reducing production cycle time for laser welding equipment. Erick holds a Licentiate degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica and an MBA in Business Administration from ULACIT.
